Through the Innovation HUB Tec-China, three professors from the Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU) visit the Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Professors Chen Long, Ma Xuetiao and Liu Guangyu arrived at the CDMX on Monday, March 25, to kick off a four-day agenda that kicked off activities on Tuesday the 26th at the Decisions Center – CIEE of the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Mexico City
Los profesores Chen Long, Ma Xuetiao y Liu Guangyu arribaron a la CDMX el lunes 25 de marzo, para dar inicio a una agenda de cuatro días que arrancó actividades el martes 26 en el Centro de Decisiones – CIEE del Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Ciudad de México.
The teachers were received by Dr. Ricardo Ramírez, Associate Dean of Research at the School of Engineering and Sciences, who in turn presented the Tec-HDU collaboration program. Subsequently, researchers from Tecnológico de Monterrey shared with the Chinese Committee the results of their research projects considered success stories: Open Innovation Laboratory, by Jhonattan Miranda; The Decision Center Facility, by Martín Molina; Habitat (Inhabitable space control), by Rogelio Bustamante; Reconfigurable Micro Machine-Tools and Microfactories, by Israel Macías, Miguel Ramírez, Daniel Cortés and Luis Villagómez; and Intelligent wheel-chair, by Pedro Ponce. After the presentations, the group visited the laboratories and collaborative spaces located in CEDETEC, where the application of the aforementioned projects could be observed. The first day of activities concluded with the planning session for future collaborations and the transfer of the Chinese Committee to the City of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
Los docentes fueron recibidos por el Dr. Ricardo Ramírez, Decano Asociado de Investigación de la Escuela de Ingeniería y Ciencias, quien a su vez presentó el programa de colaboración Tec-HDU. Posteriormente, investigadores del Tecnológico de Monterrey compartieron con el Comité chino, los resultados de sus proyectos de investigación considerados casos de éxito: Open Innovation Laboratory, por Jhonattan Miranda; The Decision Center Facility, por Martín Molina; Habitáculo (Inhabitable space control), por Rogelio Bustamante; Reconfigurable Micro Machine-Tools and Microfactories, por Israel Macías, Miguel Ramírez, Daniel Cortés y Luis Villagómez; e Intelligent wheel-chair, por Pedro Ponce. Concluidas las presentaciones, el grupo visitó los laboratorios y espacios colaborativos ubicados en el CEDETEC, donde se pudo observar la aplicación de los proyectos antes mencionados. El primer día de actividades concluyó con la sesión de planeación para futuras colaboraciones y el traslado del Comité chino a la Ciudad de Monterrey, Nuevo León.
The second day of the agenda began with a tour of the facilities of the Monterrey Campus, to later start the training program in Remote Laboratories by Dr. Manuel Macías García, leader of the project. El segundo día de la agenda inició con un recorrido por las instalaciones del Campus Monterrey, para posteriormente dar inicio al programa de capacitación en Laboratorios Remotos a cargo del Dr. Manuel Macías García, líder del proyecto. A third day of the agenda includes the continuation of the training program and the meeting with the Directors of the School of Engineering and Sciences and the Office of Technology Transfer, which aims to formalize the collaboration agreement between both Universities.
Un tercer día de la agenda incluye la continuación del programa de capacitación y la reunión con los Directivos de la Escuela de Ingeniería y Ciencias y de la Oficina de Transferencia de Tecnología, que tiene como objetivo formalizar el acuerdo de colaboración entre ambas Universidades.
Finally, the fourth day of the program aims to specify the closure of activities and define the next steps, through the planning of the actions to be followed
Por último, el cuarto día del programa tiene como objetivo concretar el cierre de actividades y definir los siguientes pasos, a través de la planeación de las acciones a seguir.
