On November 10, 2018, in the city of Hangzhou, China, the formal presentation of the Agreement was made between the Hangzhou Jianggan Government (through the Kaixuan Jiedao development zone) and the MOKE Technology investment platform.

El 10 de Noviembre de 2018, en la ciudad de Hangzhou, China, se realizó la presentación formal del Acuerdo celebrado entre el Gobierno de Hangzhou Jianggan (a través de la zona de desarrollo Kaixuan Jiedao) y la plataforma de inversiones MOKE Technology.

The above, was held within the framework of the «Hangzhou Science and Technology Week», during the closing ceremony of the «Exchange and cooperation of Human Resources in Hangzhou 2018».

Lo anterior, se llevó a cabo en el marco de la “Semana de Ciencia y Tecnología de Hangzhou”, durante la ceremonia de clausura del “Intercambio y cooperación de Recursos Humanos en Hangzhou 2018”.

During the event, it was announced that starting in 2019, Mexico and the Tecnológico de Monterrey (through the Innovation HUB Tec-China initiative) will be permanently present in Hangzhou, with the purpose of strengthening the linked innovation projects , and binational cooperation in joint research, investments and culture. The ceremony was chaired by the Party Secretary of Zhejiang Province, Mr. Huang Jianfa, and attended by witnesses: Mr. Alejandro Salas, head of the Pro-Mexico Shanghai office, and Mr. Agustín García- Rechy, Director for Asia of the COMCE.

Durante el evento, se anunció que a partir del año 2019, México y el Tecnológico de Monterrey (a través de la iniciativa Innovation HUB Tec-China), estarán presentes de forma permanente en Hangzhou, con el propósito de fortalecer los proyectos de innovación vinculados, y la cooperación binacional en temas de investigación conjunta, inversiones y cultura. La ceremonia fue presidida por el Secretario del Partido de la provincia de Zhejiang, Sr. Huang Jianfa, y al que asistieron como testigos: el Sr. Alejandro Salas, jefe de la oficina de Pro-México Shanghai, y el Sr. Agustín García-Rechy, Director para Asia del COMCE.
